Hey William, thanks for the feature request! Currently, to fill in a cutout, you can select it, right-click "Duplicate As" and choose what filled in area you want it duplicated as.

Hey Aaron, thanks for the feature request. Right now, the easiest way to do this is to add the "Folder" column and filter to takeoffs/items only in the folder you want to export.

You can access that menu by hitting the '/' key on your keyboard (also accessible by hitting 'space' 3 times), which will pull up a quick search of all tools + hidden ones.
