Is there any news on being able to copy takeoffs with the numbers included ?
Today I have had to triple up my work on several houses because I cannot copy
Here is an example, all 3 of these houses are practically the same bar a couple of items, in planswift I would have a folder named after the house type containing all the takeoff items, I would copy the folder, re-name it and make the adjustments to suit.
Hi Kevin, Try pasting as new. Right click on the area and paste as new. I assume this is what you are hoping for?
In our next major update, if you copy/paste in the takeoff sidebar, we will have a prompt asking if you want to duplicate sections. I believe this should solve what you are after if you are trying to duplicate an entire folder instead of a takeoff 1 by 1.

Yes that sounds like what I have been asking for, is the takeoff pasted independent to the original ?

No I am after copy and paste with qtrs but independent of the initial data
@KevOB, I believe so. The copy/paste acts like a normal takeoff sidebar copy/paste, just with the additional prompt to paste sections. You should be able to test this functionality on the TEST server.
