Right click to move takeoff item

When I right click a measurement item to move to another spot on a plan, it asks me that I have to upgrade to use this feature but I have the pro version. Is this a glitch?

Edit: Sorry it says Access denied: "You have limited access with your current license. To access this, please upgrade your accoun..."

this is a temp. glitch that the dev team is working on. If you click on the object you would like to move, rather than right click, the Cross will appear and you can move it that way until we get the fix out, thanks
