Takeoff showing up even though it is only the scale varification

I don't know if anyone has reported this yet, the "with takeoffs" grouping is catching pages that only have the scale verification on them.

Hey David, thanks for reporting. We have some updates locally that split out the "With Takeoffs" to "With Takeoffs" and "With Annotations" to help solve this issue.
