If you have a bunch of child items it will bring them all up... so be careful.

If you only have one or two child Items, click gear in the name property and select "Auto Name'. That will bring up the child Item names.

I also think we should have to be an administrator to copy Templates from one workspace to another. I feel this would stop departing employees the ability to steal information and templates.
