I like to highlight and copy the report in zzTakeoff like you would an Excel, then paste that into your Excel

Hi Mike,You are correct on both. But if you save your Item Assembly as a preset then it will keep the values that you need or want like units or unit call outs.I hope this helps answer your excelle...

As far as the Filter by Name, you can, you just can't filter by the group which in your pic is Name. You can select name from the column box and make it visible, then you can filter the Name column...
