Q & AAdd a new item to a list
Hey guys,
As always, it's completely possible that the obvious way to do this is right in front of my face but I'm trying to find the best way to add a new item to a list.
For example, if I'm making a new material item on the fly and I want to save it to a "Template List" (not a Product List), I would've thought I could just copy and paste it or drag and drop it into that list, but I can't.
Am I missing something? Seems silly to have to rebuild the entire Item from scratch in order to be able to add it to the list.

Hi Justin, If you right click on the Item and then add to Templates that may be the answer. You are correct, we cannot add it to an Item List that way. You can't copy and paste into an Item list either.
But you wanted to add it to aTemplate list which it will do.

I do want to add it to an Item List, but it seems like "Item List" has recently been renamed to a "Template List".
Is it possible to add this feature? It seems like a pretty simple/intuitive feature that we don't have.

I'll bet you a cup of coffee we will soon, just not sure what soon is but I agree, it would be nice to add back to a Template that holds our formulas and custom properties.
