Lines when printing

Lines when printing

Is there a way to make the lines not bleed so much when printing. On the takeoff those are 1" lines, but when I print it's more like 4" or 5"

It's an extra step that I was trying to avoid, but if I paste into excel it goes away. So I think I can get it to work.
