Confirmed after resetting GPU/Chrome settings back to normal: lag only happens when the bottom Report panel is open. Same sheet is smooth with it closed.

Bump this up like to edit items and products and templates in like a spread sheet to get more uniformity

This is probably a clearer picture. I can click on multiple items and put them into the estimate. Then, within the estimate, I can select a few of those items to get the quantities from the drawing...
