@kyle Bonde lol that woulbe be a problem but at some point got to lay down our foot and set a standard. is what im thinking. but im the only one that edits and adds stuff

while thinking then i created a custom filed thats named Mulitple Buildings/Takeoffs and made it required. it took a minute to go edit the item formulas but it seems to be the best option for now
