Not sure what you use to make PDF's but Adobe has a "watermark" function that I use to watermark my takeoffs and/or proposals. It works very well. Just another suggestion.

I can't speak for the ZZ staff, but I would HIGHLY recommend you sign up for a paid AI service. It is extremely helpful and will walk you through developing formulas and material/labor items step...

Having the flexibility to add folders while making a take-off would be great. Admittedly, I could make the structured templates work to a certain degree but sometimes we estimate some wacky stuff ...

I'll give this a shot, but I'm not sure this would address being able to create a new folder "on the fly" while making a new take-off item.

If I'm following Luke correctly, I agree, it would be nice to have custom variables at the take-off level that the Items can pull information from WITHOUT having to use custom variables.

Agreed, Planswift had the page size at the top of the screen right above the drawing. It was VERY helpful when printing to PDF.
