Per area would be best so that it would be clear on how many of which size is where

Joist tool shows individual pieces but the label should group together total number of joist and length i.e. 15-2x12x12', 10-2x12x16', etc.

After clicking matching point while doing overlay, the overlay disappears. It shows under takeoffs but will not appear
