Slow uploads

Hi, sorry you are having this issue. What is the file size in MB of your PDF file and how many pages does it have? If you are able, please send it to support@zztakeoff.com and we can test it out.

it can be a small 50mb file to a 300-500mb file with 100 or so pages, it feels like a month ago the speeds were much faster and something happened and they slowed down like crazy

It has been super laggy on the takeoff side as well

Since you are uploading, your network connection could be the limit here. Many ISPs offer abysmal upload performance. If you can share the pdf with me I can test this locally on the server and that eliminates the network being the limit. There are so many kinds of PDFs that behave differently, I'd love to test this out and get a resolution for you.
