Viewing takeoff on outdated plans in Reports

Is there a way to view in reports, takeoff that is not on an active sheet?, I have a number of revisions that I am doing on a job, I am using the layers to separate the revisions, but looking to get a report that shows all takeoff by layers, right now it looks like only take off on active sheets are shown on reports. If there can be a check box to include takeoff from outdated sheets?
