When taking off a Linear pattern can there be an option to show the segement lengths? And also have this as an additional mesurement item in the takeoff options?
Highly useful when I have to measure rectangle patterns and need to know the length and width without using dimension tool.
It would need to be segments lengths per section count in my case.
Hi, it sounds like you want something like:
[Linear] / [Segment Count]
to get the length of the sides. You can add this to a computed property, and use that property after the name and turn on Text with Tags and it will show up to the right of the name on your hover tooltip. Can you test this out and see if it shows like you expect?
I didnt try, but looking at your math that would divide the length equally, this one would not be equal, if you measure its 6'x4', I'd rather it know automatically that segment 1 is x', Segment 2 is x' and so forth..............
