Hi, it sounds like you want something like: [Linear] / [Segment Count] to get the length of the sides. You can add this to a computed property, and use that property after the name and turn on Text...

Hi, are you looking to toggle the visibility of takeoffs based on a property value?

For which properties would you want to set a default formula? It would be helpful to list them out so we can understand what you are asking (not all properties support a formula).

Hi Chaz, I tested this now with a new project and a new takeoff and a new item, and they all worked as expected. You should note that if you update your custom properties AFTER creating the takeoff...

What right click option were you using exactly?

Can you have them click the top left logo, and switch workspace to the one you are on at the bottom of the menu?

Nice tip Jeffery! Another option is many pc mice have forward and back browser buttons on the left side for the thumb to press. These are great for zz!
