Just stumbled upon this request. We have since added the ability to rename sections, as well as the ability to add WBS per section, to allow you to break out the measurements by location.

A few updates ago, this was fixed so PDF hyperlinks don't affect the page icons or the grouping by "Has Takeoff" or "Has Annotations".
