The automatic hyperlinking is showing as a markup?

Planned

I like the idea behind it but it shows up a blue highlight, which would be fine, except it makes all your drawing pages show as having markups on them. That's the part that's throwing me off because I was using those green icons as a way for me to quickly know what pages I have my own markups on at a glance and now it's now longer reliable. In the below screenshot there's like 19 pages showing as having markups on them but in reality only 3 have my markups up them

I made a feature request post about this. I'm hoping this logic will be updated.

Hi, thanks for this notice. Would you expect hyperlinks you create to also result in pages not showing takeoffs on them? I'm trying to see if this is a change to how we show a page has takeoffs (exclude hyperlinks), or is it only on import you want to ignore these as takeoffs (creating hyperlinks adds this icon now for any page).

To me, it should only show like the screenshot when something was put there by the user. In my specific case I wouldn't likely be making my own hyperlink if I didn't have some kind of markup on the page at the same time, even if it's just a simple highlighting of text.

Forgot to mention, but another issue this creates, at least for me, is when awarded a job I like to provide not just the full set of drawings but a slimmed down "cut to the chase" version where it's only the relevant pages to us, with my markups. This is easy to do in ZZ with print > print pages with takeoff but with the hyperlinks now automatically being a "take off" that process is broken. If you do print > print pages with takeoff it now includes all the pages with hyperlinks even if I have no markups on the pages. So I have to go through and manually select the correct pages rather than it just being automatic

Thanks for the feedback guys. We will get this corrected as soon as possible.

How do we just turn hyperlinks off?

Hi, we do support hideing all annotations, however this does not turn off the icon that shows this page has takeoffs. I'm not aware of a way to turn off hyperlinks, was your goal to have the pages show as having no takeoffs?
