Revision Set Takeoff Qty Unwanted Increase

I'm working with an updated set of plans uploaded on top of a previous takeoff file in PlanSwift. After using Copy/Move Takeoff, the quantities on the new sheets are coming in higher than the original takeoff, both visually and in quantity.

Has anyone faced this? How to resolve?

We're digging into this. It's caused by the fact that the new plan set has different DPI (causing different image sizes per page) on the plan images than the original.
