Price Total Averages not making sense?

If you look below some of them make sense to us but others don't. The area tools seem to be calculating a per square foot price (which is what we want) but the linear tools (when inputing wall area) don't average out to a per sq foot price. Make it make sense and can this be altered, edited to work the same across the board (per sf average)?

Hi, it looks like the 7.23 is a calc of the cost * markup / 100 , but since takeoffs do not have cost or markup by default (they are blue because they are not set here) these are rollups of your child values. The Qty value you have of 45 seems incorrect, can you check the Units/Measurement used for that takeoff?

Hi Stephen,

I can try and replicate again. I deleted the take off before I saw this in an effort to try and re do it and figure out what was wrong. Which 45 are you referring too, there are two of them?
