Q & ANew Workspace Data Migration
We have created a new workspace and are in the midst of reformatting our data structure and process flow. There are a lot of custom properties from our original workspace that would be needed in our new workspace. Is there a way for the user to import a custom property from one workspace to another? This would save MANY hours of work and minimize possible errors.

Hey Michael, right now we don't have a way for users to transfer custom properties across workspaces themselves, but if you let our support team know which custom properties and which workspace, we can duplicate them for you.
Lorin, I have one final question on this before we do it....would it be possible to retitle a custom property as you transfer it, or would it just be duplicated with no changes possible?
Currently, the custom property would be duplicated with no changes. On the backend, we could rename it, though (if you are trying to keep the dropdown options).
Yes, that is exactly what I am trying to do, preserve the dropdown and rename the property. Perfect! I will review what we need copied and any we need renamed and get them to you.
