Is there a setting where the bottom window keeps pace when you select items on the Takeoff window?
This might be a simple answer ... I'm just not picking up the obvious ...

Hey Aaron, not yet, but I'll mention it to the team! We may need to scope it to the takeoff tree reports (which you're using), but I think that would be pretty cool. 🙂
