Framing

From my experience Mizraim they are the same, but most of the estimators I have met use a linear foot of steel for everything, including studs. This way they can just change the LF or LB price of the steel on a job by job basis, because of market fluctuations

is there any assemblies out there for starters?

You could try out starter pack, it has Framing assemblies. If you want this on your workspace, let me know if you use metric or imperial so I can copy the correct templates.
