Q & ADuplicate Add-ons Showing in Top Menu
Hi Team,
I’ve downloaded/installed the Add-ons from zzTakeoff, but I’ve noticed that some of them are appearing twice in the top menu, which is taking up unnecessary space and reducing the available room on the top menu bar.
The duplicates are:
- Company Profile
- Zone / Work Order Report
- Project Schedule
I’m not sure if I’ve done something incorrectly when installing the Add-ons or if they have somehow been added twice. However, I wouldn’t have expected this to happen, as I understand that downloading the same Add-on again should override the existing one rather than create a duplicate.
Could you please have a look at the attached screenshot and let me know why this is happening and how I can remove the duplicates?

In PlanSwift, you created some wonderful reports, just as you are doing here with zzTakeoff.
One thing we could do in PlanSwift was realign and adjust the headers so they lined up nicely with the quantities below. This made the reports look clean and professional. By the way, it wasn’t easy at first, but I eventually got used to it.
Are we able to do the same here in zzTakeoff? If not, you may need to tidy up some of these formatting and alignment issues for us please and release a patch or update, because at the moment some of the headers and quantities are all over the place.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, I really like the update and the direction you’re taking with the reports. I just think the formatting needs a little more refinement so the final reports look as professional as they did in PlanSwift.
And finally, I’m not sure if we commonly use this abbreviation in Australia. What does “WO” stand for?
As you can see above, the alignment is not quite right, at least in my reports.

Hi Steve, The Australia team is actually built a report designer that works with zzTakeoff the same way Ps's did with theirs.

WO stands for "Work Order". We use Purchase Order in Australia for both Purchases and Instructions for Labour and Sub-Contractors
