Does anyone know if it is possible to delete a Workspace we are no longer using?
@vance, give a call to the ZZ team and they can delete the extra workspace on their end.

You have to first have all the projects in the workspace deleted. Then just chat to us and we'll help you remove it. We will add ways for users to remove their own workspaces after we add more precautionary measures. For now the best way is to chat to support.
Since billing is associated directly to the workspace our recommendation would be to not create a bunch of workspaces. We will build better ways of managing project "folders", "status" etc. for grouping projects to alleviate the need to create them for organizational purposes.
OK thanks - my trial was under a placeholder name before the team got involved. It shows that I cannot delete the projects as there is no active license. (The email for the firm is the same). Will reach out.
So to delete a project is a little counter-intuitive (feature request??). You have to first go to "Open Project" then click the 3 vertical dots next to the project you wish to delete. This brings up a menu to either rename or delete that project.
Heber, do you think it would be possible to add a "delete project" option to the workspace menu? Perhaps one that can be enabled or disabled depending on someone's drawing permissions (to make sure one estimator doesn't accidentally delete another estimator's project).
We could easily add this to the workspace menu. The key consideration is UI real-estate. We're trying to put most commonly used features extremely visible, and less commonly used features a little more "out of the way". We're open to putting it here. I'm curious if others in the community would like "Delete Project" more easily accessible in the workspace menu, also?
