Cutout Areas across Takeoff Types

Hi,

It doesn't seem possible currently, but it would be great if you could use a completed takeoff element as the "cutout" from a different area takeoff.

Ie: this inner area in brown is measured first, and then the blue is completed as a big rectangle, and then instead of retracing the brown area again, you can select it as the cutout area.

Bonus points if a closed linear measurement (ie: the measured kerb island inside the brown) can be used as the cutout for the brown area.

So in this case I would only measure Kerb (linear), then parking (brown area minus kerb perimeter), then roadway (blue minus brown and kerb).
