Q & AClaude in Work Flow
Just wondering if there's been any thought in using an AI agent, (hopefully Claude) in the Work Flow, namely just being able to Start a new job and input the plans. That would be a huge help.
Hi Perri! We are working on an MCP that would allow this. Our current plan is that the MCP would be available in our zzTakeoff Ultimate version.
We will run out of credits really quick tho. I'm out tonight :(

Pro version. I was building a website that night so makes sense why I hit limit. I also hit limit quick when I was having Claude do a takeoff for me driving the screen doing screenshots, it was slow but fun lol.
Funny story, going to drop a LinkedIn post in about 2.5 hours on this thread. The US government shut down Claude-Fable, the latest epic LLM.......killing my productivity with it shout down errrrrr.
Hey Kyle, if it helps at all, I run Codex via a Hermes Agent harness and it has beaten Claude Opus/Fable in accuracy 9/10 times, without ever hitting my token limits (programming, overall sysadmin work, as well as commercial framing takeoff assistance/doc parsing). I love Claude, but pairing GPT 5.5 Codex with Hermes Agent has been a gamechanger. The only thing Claude continues to win at, for me, is design.
