Calculating properties from other items/ parts etc

Hi Team,

There was a function in Planswift i used all the time,

a look up formula to enter into another items properties and apply any desired property calculation into the current property formula.

Also, i used to have formulas at the folder level to give me total quantities for that level e.g m2, m3, tons, linear, etc

from witch i would have auto calcs for my labor items (takeoff items would just be materials quants)

See Example, i would only measure the Raft 1 area/ volume, and all other items would auto calculate (pulled from folder level totals, if i had RF1,2,3,4,5,6 etc the top items are universal, the sub items are specific [..] [../..] etc)
