Arch Points for Area and Linear Measurements

Good afternoon,

This mainly comes into play for asphalt and site concrete take-offs in my experience, is there a feature to quickly add an "arch point" to your areas or linear foot measurements? I could not find this.

double click on the line or edge of area where you want a node

click on the added node to highlight it

hit "A" to convert it to an arch node

In addition, you can also press "A" at any time in the middle of recording points to make the next point be an arc point.

It looks like it doesn't work with Segment just linear. Is there a different way to do it with Segments?

Hey @Steve, Arc points are not allowed for segments because we require 3 points for an arc, and segments only have 2 points. In this case, you will have to use a linear instead of a segment.
