Advanced zzTakeoff users Webinar- Questions and Answers Thursdays at 12PM Eastern Time

Hey guys — I’ll be on PTO so I can’t make this one, but I do have three questions:

1. Where are the recordings stored? Would love to catch up on the sessions I’ve missed.
2. Can you share some real-world use cases for Workspaces?

For example: if I trust a trade partner, I might invite them into our workspace so they can see all my projects. What other situations would you recommend Workspaces for a vertical GC?

3. A couple things that would really help build trust in ZZTakeOff long-term:

• The ability to lock layers to “view-only” so others can’t modify them.

• The ability to lock projects or drawing sets when they’re finalized.

My dream setup is to do all ZZTakeOff within a single project, with multiple drawing sets (SD → DD → CD, etc.). I’m hoping versioning will support that workflow as it evolves.

Food for thought — I know we don’t have all the answers yet, but we’re figuring this out together. Cheers!
