Wall Area Tool needed

Thanks for the input. This feature is also completed and in testing right now on our DEV server. It will be available in the upcoming release. We just need to finalize a few features and finish testing, and then it will be available.

Hi Heber, Yes very pleased with the update. Just have to fine tune they Export to CSV to show SQFT not LF if possible. Great job on the update.

Thanks for the input. Are you using the export from the Reports tab, or on the right side from the list of Takeoffs? We can work on some options for that.

I use the Button at the top of Takeoff section, Easier to transfer to my Excel sheets. Noticed the Takeoff list dont show SF either when using wall area.

Oh, I see what you mean (thanks for the screenshots, very helpful). We will be changing that "Measurements" panel to give you dropdowns to choose specific measurements. This is near the top of our list and should come out pretty soon (hopefully a few days?)

So this section will be switched out for 3 or 4 dropdowns to allow you to choose the specific measurements you want to see in the Measurement, Measurement (2), Measurement (3) columns, and the specific units for each measurement. This is also an issue with Volume, since many users want to see volume in Cubic Yards. All the units are currently in "FT" for imperial (LF, SF, CF) for consistency in the math behind the scenes, but once you choose the units you want, it will be a lot more useful.
