Tagging Elements

It would be really helpful if you could right click and "Tag" an element for a callout that comes with a leader. This way we don't always have to show using the legend. This takes you more into the bluebeam markup tools pandora's box, but it would be good to be able to show your takeoff without having all the clutter the legend has.
