Feature RequestsSorting of Child Line Items
Right now the Sorting under the child line items by cost type (labor, material, equipment, other) then description. We need more flexibility to control this and are looking for a couple more options. 1) Alpha Numeric only 2) Usage > Description. 3) Really need the ability to expose a order column here or value and sort by that too.
This screenshot is where all the work gets made and must be intuitive for our people so we can scale it. Then need to control the workspace default would also be a win too!
How epic would sorting by usage be in the below!!!
I agree. I like to build my takeoffs, templates, and assemblies all in order of operation of how they get "built". It helps me keep it all straight and ensures that I have captured everything.

Thank you Stephen! Going to be key to make this clean for our people. Right now I think the best-work-around is making a number in the name, but then that gets lame when you transfer it over to the estimating tool, exampel below.
Ok another request if we can't do this yet, can we please put the "other" at the top? We are kicking around using the "other" as the quantifer line.
