Shaun August Slim Down version of zzTakeoffs for redlines
With the amazing responsiveness of the PDFs in zzTakeoffs I can see value in this product for teams beyond the estimating team. Our design team are currently using miro for collaborative redline / markups but zzTakeoffs has better construction focused tooling. I think there is a huge opportunity in the market for some collaborative redline / markup tools for use during the design process. If you spun off half the toolset into a new product it could be a compelling alternate to bluebeam.

I think this is an area where the plan tab (blueprint tab) may shine. Everything you need for redlines could be part of the plan tab at a base rate and would be fully functional without the takeoff and estimate tabs. The takeoff and estimate tabs would be available at a slightly higher rate.
This is available now with our "Collaborator" version at a reduced price. We'll be adding more features as we go:
