I think this might be a too-niche request but with the way my business functions, I have several clients that I'm estimating for. I don't want to share my entire workspace with all my clients because Client 1 shouldn't see the projects for Clients 2-4, etc, etc. I have my workspace separated into a folder for Client 1, Client 2, Client 3, etc. with projects for each stored underneath. It would be great if I could share that entire client folder discretely rather than having to send an invite for each individual project.
Failing that, could we have an "address book" of clients that way I don't have to manually type multiple email address (or copy/paste) them for every project that gets shared?
Plus one on this. I have a multiple clients I estimate for and would like to be able to limit access by folder and get them each a view account.
One of us... one of us...
Thanks for the input here. We will work on some solutions 🙂 (I revised my post after I re-read your original message. My original reply was incorrect).
Thanks Heber!
For now, I seem to have found a different way to solve the problem. I've just told my clients all about the wonderful features of zzTO and they decide to sign up for their own subscriptions, lol. I've gotten two converts already. They just share their workspace with me and all their work can reside on their side.
This might not be an ideal solution for everyone - but I'm sure the zzTO team likes it.
