Jes Set projects to locked/view only
Would like to be able to lock a project to prevent future edits/changes after the takeoff is fully completed.
This is to prevent accidental changes for when we need to pull up the completed takeoff in the future after the bid has been submitted (and hopefully won).
You can add a lock/unlock button right here in the project workspace dropdown.
Alternatively, you could grant the ability to create folders in the project workspace list, with the ability to set folder parameters to read-only so that any projects moved inside of them are view-only for all users. Or maybe even folders that you want to restrict access to.
It would probably be a good idea to add the ability to make folders in this area regardless, because once I start importing my old projects from prior years, my project list window is going to become massive.

We're excited to share that we're implementing project locking functionality through the project menu (three dots). Once locked, a project will be view-only, preventing accidental changes to completed takeoffs. A lock icon will appear next to locked projects for easy status identification.
For organizing your historical projects, you can already use the Workspace dropdown at the top as a folder system to arrange projects logically (e.g., Commercial, Residential, or by year).
We're also considering additional features like saving projects as templates and archiving completed projects.

That looks solid. And I would assume the lock/unlock/delete privilege would be restricted to Owners & Administrators
