Scale multiple pages with AI tool

Planned

This is definitely not high priority or anything, but it would be neat if the AI scale tool could scale multiple pages for you instead of only the currently displayed page.

For example, instructing it to scale all floor plan pages, which are usually all part of the same page series (A10x A20x etc) as shown below.

Definitely wouldn't want it to "scale all pages" the way it does with the page naming tools, but would like to be able to tell it to assign a scale to multiple specific pages.

Presently, for me it's faster to just use the scale button on the toolbar up top once I've confirmed all floor plans are using the same scale rather than use the AI tool to scale each one, which made me think, well why not have it just do this repetitive step for me since I've confirmed all of those pages are using the same scale.

You could have it prompt the user to confirm that all of those pages have the same scale to be safe.

Good idea. We'll add to the list the ability to choose which pages you want to scale with AI. At first we had it auto scaling all pages, until we ran into a scenario where different PDFs (one from architect, another from engineer) had page names in different places and it messed up the page naming. Then we isolated it to only pages from the current PDF, but now we have the situation where users upload many PDFs (such as one per page). Showing a popup to let the user decide sounds like the right solution.

Just wanted to bump this.

The current Scale All tool doesn't really work the way I envisioned.

I want the AI to grab the scale I highlighted on the current page, and then once it has captured that, automatically apply that scale to the additional pages I selected, in addition to the current one.

The way Scale All currently functions is the same way the Page Name and Page/Sheet tools work. It is looking for the scale text on each page. The issue with this is that page scales aren't always printed on the exact same spot, so I am finding that the Scale All command often fails.

I know you would probably need to put up a warning/confirmation message that reads "Are you sure you want to apply the scale on this page to the following selected pages?" but that would be fine with me.

+1 for what Jes said. To repeat what I read. Left pane select the pages you want, then scale selected pages to one page.......one to many. Dont go hunting for the scale on all the other pages, we are smart enough to know that the pages I selected are all one scale. Heck don't even need AI, I just want to do this, but to ALL The pages I select.
