Property Window Default Location

Hello,

Noticed that when using a TO item saved in a "Template", the property window by default opens with the bottom very close to the bottom of the screen, could that be adjusted to not be lower than the page viewing window? Reason: I have screens stacked on top of each other vertically and because the "Start Takeoff" is so close to the bottom, my cursor is jumping to my lower screen.
