when you open project, there should be an option to number the projects in ascending or descending order

Thanks for the input. That would be nice. I would anticipate the user may have to choose a specific setting whether they want auto project numbering, or allowing the user to override the project #.

similar to planswift, if the job name and number are in seperate fields, it would make it easier to order
