Ortho/Snap Offset

Allow setting of an angle offset for the ortho/snap functionalities so that proper rectangles can be drawn for skewed buildings.

Working on a plan right now with a garage that is skewed 22.5 degrees from the house. Current software is not capable of drawing a rectangle as such. -_-

Hi John. We have some commands for rotating items on the page at custom angles, but need to expose them to the UI. I'm assuming you would want some sort of way to draw the first line at 22.5 degrees and have it snap perpendicular to that line vs ortho to the page. That might be a little tricky, but should be possible.
