Also, it would be very convenient if we can arrange the layers.

When I do "Cutout" on an area takeoff (light blue colour) and do a different takeoff within the cutout, I have to hide the area (light blue colour) and select the area (yellow colour) to add/modify it.

I second this! Need an order function, so that the takeoff is more noticeable.
