Open in new window or tab option

It would be helpful to have "Open in new window" or "tab" option available. I have a couple of plugins I am using for exporting my bid numbers and estimate. It would be nice to be able to have this open in a new tab so as I review info I can make changes easier. Also, being able to open the chat in a moveable box or stand alone tab would be great. There have been times where working with someone from ZZ and I cannot get to my right side toolbar without closing the chat. I've tried opening the chat in another window but then it opens itself in the precious window as well when I go back to it.
