Hatch Patterns on Area

Hello,

I want to visually see multiple areas on the same page, right now you can only use different colors which don't work to represent overlapping areas. Hoping to get different patterns that are transparent is the ask.

I would also really like to see hatch patterns, I switched from OST and they had diagonal and straight hatches in both directions, so 4 patters and you could change the spacing between the grids. When taking of rebar if the rebar grid was 12" OC I set my hatch grid spacing to 12" OC and it appeared on the plan as it would when installed. This serves a purpose besides a visual difference. The grid pattern created another data point how many intersection or rebar tie points that would need to be made. I'm sure that this would be helpful for other applications as well.

If you are still working on the hatch pattern function it would be great if it was as robust as I described above.

@ Vincent,

We also switched from OST.....however when we get CUI jobs (high security) I have to go back and use OST still. Lets just say I have had to increase my therapy sessions when this happens.
