Enter angle for manual dimensioning

This may not be exactly what you are asking for but it could work for you by using the triangulation tool.

You will end up with an extra line but what is left should work with pitch and length.

Select the forward slash button / on your keyboard and then scroll down to the Triangulate tool.

Thanks for the feature request, I have shared it with the dev team. In the meantime, you could create a triangle like @Todd mentioned and use one of its edges as a guide for the dimension you want to get the correct angle.
