Drawing Folder Structure

I have my drawings uploaded, but now since I have 400 pages I want to organize them in Arch / Structural / Civil etc....... right now you can make a folder but you have to drag each PDF in the folder at a time, this will take forever so I gave up. I need to beable to multi-select many drawings holding shift, then drop them all into the folder.
