Cutout Duplications

Is it possible to convert an area cutout to an each count? For example, converting cutouts in siding takeoff to each counts for windows instead of SF of windows?

Create a new area-type takeoff with the output being 'Section Count'. Right click the cut-outs and 'Convert To...' to the new area takeoff.
