Custom Property Dependency "Show If"

Not sure if this is implemented, but I was thinking about custom properties that depend of anothers. With this I mean that dependent properties should be "hidden as default". And depending on the dropdown selection from the independent property, one of the dependent properties should appear.

Example: Lets say I have an independent property "A" with 3 options: "1", "2", and "3". Depending on the selection of any of this three options we must take a value, but also a new dependent property should appear, lets say this properties are; "B", "C", and "D". If I choose option "1" in property "A", now I should see property "B" too, option "2" will show prop "C", option "3" prop "D", and consequently.

It should be something like a "Show if" configuration applicable for properties, maybe using a formula or something alike.
