Custom Properties Tooltips

Just curious if there was a workaround of a custom property within a custom property to create a floating tooltip?

If not, I'd like to make that as a possibility. Here's the use case I have at the moment. Where I really only want to prompt for "Sheet, Detail, Note Reference" but I would like to make sure there's standardizing how to communicate that language downstream

I'm also open-minded to other/better ways...
