CSV Import of Assemblies

Hi, I am trying to find a way that I can import my assembly list from excel? For example, on a new project I want to make some adjustments to my standard assembly list and import this into zztakeoff. Is there a .csv import or somehtitng like that I can use?

Good morning Timothy, we have import to product lists and import templates from excel if that is what you are looking for. If not chat in from the takeoff tab on the bottom right during normal working hours and we can help you out. In our community tab there is a Training Video option on the left that is searchable. If you search for product lists, or templates you should come up with a pretty good list of videos to watch.

We can almost do it, but there are lacking import features that makes it not useful just yet. For example you can’t control your measurement type.

I am running into the same issue. We need a bi-directional link between templates and list to a CSV/Excel file and then back again. I was saying this exact thing to Jared at ZZ earlier today.
