Collapse and Expand ALL BUTTON

Im use to most estimating platforms have 2 buttons, one to collapse and one to expand. I want these buttons to show up on both the left and right pane, how about right next to the search button? In the below example when you hit Expand once it would open up the next level, then when you it it again it would open up the next level, thus only going one level each time the button is pressed. Right now you have to right click, then hit expand....... remove it from the right click menu and put a button is the request, as I would use this now on the drawings on the left, then thinking further when the estimating database comes on the right it will be even more epic. Thanks!
